Delivery, returns & terms

Hong Kong only, by SF Express (locker, service point or door).

Free delivery on orders of HK$300 or more; otherwise SF Express is paid on arrival.

Ready-made sets ship 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed; custom sets ship 7–10 working days after payment is confirmed.

Once shipped, we send the SF tracking number on WhatsApp.

For hygiene reasons, opened or tried-on sets cannot be returned.

Unopened ready-made sets can be returned within 7 days of delivery, with return postage paid by the customer. Refunds are made by FPS within 7 working days of receiving the return.

If a set arrives faulty or wrong, send photos on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. We will replace or refund it and cover postage.

Custom sets cannot be returned unless faulty.

All prices are in Hong Kong dollars.

An order is confirmed only after we have checked the FPS payment.

Orders unpaid after 24 hours may be cancelled.

Colours on screen may differ slightly from the real product.

If a set is unavailable after payment, we refund in full by FPS.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

This website collects no personal data. Your bag is kept only in your browser.

Details you send on WhatsApp (name, phone, address and payment screenshot) are used only to fulfil and support your order, and are not shared except with the courier.
